Use Precautions
Dissolve an Iron + Vitamin C effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) twice a day. Note: The daily consumption must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Adequate care may not always be given, especially in the case of a one-sided, unbalanced diet or in certain life situations.
