Return and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of German Health & Beauty Product. 

1. The customer ordered an incorrect product:

The customer could make a change or cancel the order within the first 3 hours after purchase, 100% guarantee refund.

Note: Please make sure to write us an email or write on chat box your request plus your name and email address. We will take action immediately. 

 

2. The product did not match the description on the Website:

The product could be returned within 14 days after receiving it in its original condition. The product should not be opened, used, or have any intact damaged. The product has to be in a resalable condition. Only in this case, we can guarantee a 100% refund for the product. Returns of used items are not accepted.

When will I receive my order?


You will find the estimated delivery time at the checkout. The delivery time is provided to us by the shipping company. Apart from this, you can use the tracking number to know exactly where your package is at the moment. Please note that there might be a delivery delay that is out of our control due to the worldwide ongoing coronavirus pandemic.




How can I track my order?


After you pay for your order, you will receive a tracking number. Enter this tracking number on the website of Deutsche Post to know exactly where your package is at the moment. I ordered from your website but my package has not arrived yet. According to the tracking number, the package is in transit. Where is it?


Even though we make our best to ship your orders as fast as possible, some shipments may experience a longer transit time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize that we are not able to guarantee shorter transit times as the delivery companies experience a labor shortage that is out of our control.




I ordered from your eBay Store but my package has not arrived yet. According to the tracking number, the package is in transit. Where is it?


Please note that the eBay tracking system is not functioning properly at the moment and the estimated date of delivery is not correct due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have asked eBay many times to solve this issue to avoid confusion for our customers. Unfortunately, eBay is not responding to this matter. Since the shipments are carried by third parties, we can only provide you with the tracking information that carriers provide us. Please do not open the case regarding the delay for your delivery because it will cause even more delay.

Our store is located in Hamburg, Germany and we ship from Hamburg accordingly.

My package has arrived damaged or has been lost. What can I do?


In case of damage or loss, please contact your local post and ask them to refund the money. All packages are insured up to 500 EUR. If you want us to follow up from Germany, the investigation process takes at least 8 weeks. In this case, we need an official proof that the package has arrived damaged or has not arrived at all. In case of damage: 1. Send us the photos as a proof that the package is damaged. 2. Send us an official statement from the local post office that the package has been damaged during the transit. 3. Send us a written statement from you that you have received a damaged package. In case of loss: 1. Send us an official statement from the local post office that the package has gone missing in transit. 2. Send us a written statement from you that you have not received the package.

I want to order a product that is not in your store yet. Can I still purchase it from you?


We can ship you all existing products from the German brands. Please write us an email and let us know what are you looking for. We will add this product to our store.




Are your products available for wholesale?


Yes, we offer wholesale. Please write us an email with your request to info@germanbeautyproduct.com.




I actually wanted to order a bigger quantity. Can I still add it to my cart after I placed an order?


After you place an order, you cannot add a bigger quantity to the previous cart anymore. However, we can create a new invoice for you with the right amount of the desired products within 3 hours after you placed your order. Just write us an email to info@germanbeautyproduct.com.




I mistakenly purchased a wrong product. How can I replace it?


After you placed an order, you have 3 hours to contact us to replace the product. Write us an email to info@germanbeautyproduct.com or chat with us on the website.





Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?


We offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days from the date of purchase under certain conditions. Following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund: 1-Product is defective 2-Product is not as described 3-Product must be unopened 4-Product must be in original packaging 5-Product must be unused 6-Product must not be damaged We may decline a refund if the above mentioned conditions are not met. Products on sale or in clearance are not eligible for refunds. The customer must get a return merchandise authorization first (RMA). The customer has to contact us before returning the product. The customer pays the shipping costs for a return or exchange. We do charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total amount paid.
