EDELBITTER MOUSSE SOUR CHERRY CHILI, 150g
A particularly high cocoa content of 70% in the chocolate gives this fine bitterness board the typical aromatic note of dark chocolate, rounded off by a sour cherry chili filling on dark mousse au chocolat. Fruity-fiery chili is native to Central and South America. It gives this chocolade-création, paired with the fruity-mild note of sour cherries, on the finish a pleasantly crisp note. With the austere dark chocolate this makes a highly aromatic pleasure experience.

Due to the large number of our products we process different recipes on the individual plants. Of course, these are thoroughly rinsed when changing the product. Nevertheless, it is not completely ruled out that traces of gluten or lactose enter products, although these ingredients are not included in the recipe.
