A particularly high cocoa content of 70% in chocolate gives this fine bittersweet table the typical aromatic note of dark chocolate, rounded off by a filling of blackcurrant on dark mousse au chocolat. Due to the large number of our products we process different recipes on the individual plants. Of course, these are thoroughly rinsed when changing the product.
